Nebbiolo is one of the trademark varietals of Piedmont, as it is the varietal that produces the great Barolo and Barbaresco.
Ruby red colour. Intense, elegant and harmonic aroma with hints of ripened fruit, vanilla and liquorice. Full, well balanced taste with a pleasant suite of tannins and a long finish.
Barbaresco is excellent with roast beef or bush meat stew. It also pairs well with hard cheese such as blue goat cheese or strong-flavoured cold cuts as bresaola or mocetta.
Serraboella:
This is one of the most famous cru of Neive. Its south south-east facing position grants a good exposure to the sun and protection from cold winds. The soil gives a strong suite of tannins that excellently pairs with the structure of this wine.
