Dolcetto varietal is farmed throughout the southern part of Piedmont, from the hills closest to the Alps to the Po plains
Navirot Dolcetto was thought for a daily consumption of this area’s traditional red wine. Our grandparents’ wine.
Bright ruby red colour, grapey fresh fruit aroma. Dry taste with a pleasant suite of tannins and a long finish.
Navirot Dolcetto is excellent when paired with first courses with meat and mushrooms, the spices of traditional salame crudo and the greasiness of salame cotto. It also pairs well with medium ripening chees such as Bra tenero or Raschera.
Navirot vineyard is located in the Mango municipality. Its north-eastern exposure gives a mid-bodied and early drinker wine.
