Nebbiolo is one of the trademark varietals of Piedmont, as it is the varietal that produces the great Barolo and Barbaresco
Langhe Nebbiolo pairs excellently with first courses with meat or bush meat such as venison or cheese such as gorgonzola or taleggio risotto. Excellent with strong-flavoured cold cuts, second courses such as veal roast or stew with a full selection of herbs. Perfect also with hard cheese such as Bra duro and Parmigiano Reggiano
