Bright straw-yellow colour, intense, floral and ripe fruit aroma with a strong note of vanilla. Firm, dry taste with a long finish.
Regina Elena is best when paired with mildly matured cheese, strong flavoured salads, first courses with white ragù, cheese risottos, and strong-flavoured white meats. Excellent also on its own.
San Silvestro vineyard is located on the side of a sunny hill with dry soil. From this south-facing position we are able to obtain a good aroma and a high sugar content.
